The Teen Boys Styling Course helps young men build confidence, develop their own sense of style and learn important skills they can use throughout their lives.<\/p>\n
This course is about helping teenage boys understand how to present themselves, communicate confidently and make a great first impression. I will show them how to dress for their body shape, organise their wardrobe and look after their hair, skin, nails and overall presentation.<\/p>\n
We will also explore goal setting, leadership and planning for the future. The day combines practical activities, open conversation and plenty of valuable advice in a relaxed, positive and enjoyable environment.<\/p>\n

\nImproving posture and movement and learning how to walk into a room with confidence.<\/p>\n

\nCreating positive habits around nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindfulness and self-care.<\/p>\n
Dressing the modern teenager
\nLearning how to build a practical wardrobe, put outfits together, shop well and choose the right accessories.<\/p>\n
Grooming and presentation
\nSimple, practical advice about hair, skincare, nails, eyebrows and hands.<\/p>\n
Goal setting and success
\nLearning how to plan, stay organised, develop leadership skills and think positively about future study and career opportunities.<\/p>\n
