Payment & Delivery

Price

• You must pay Angela Stone Consulting Limited for the Products ordered at the price displayed on the site at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments will be made if the price of any Product ordered increased or decreased between the time the order is submitted and the time when the Product is delivered.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited may vary the prices of the products at any time without notice.
• The prices of products are displayed in New Zealand currency.
• All prices are quoted inclusive of GST freight will be added to the quoted price and the customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and insurance for the goods.

Payment

• You are liable for every order made under your login.
• You must pay Angela Stone Consulting Limited for the Products ordered by credit card. Angela Stone Consulting Limited online shopping does not accept EFTPOS, cash, cheque, voucher or any other form of payment.
• If your credit card is declined by the Angela Stone Consulting Limited financial institution (default), delivery of the order will not be made, and Angela Stone Consulting Limited will contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited reserves the right to refuse to accept payment from any particular customer by credit card for any reason whatsoever,
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited may change at any time the way in which a customer pays for Products, and any change will be notified to the customer prior change coming into effect.
• Payment must be for the full amount as stated on the invoice and must not have deductions for bank fees incurred by the customer. Payment must be made in the currency stated on the invoice.
• If you are invoiced an incorrect amount, Angela Stone Consulting Limited will refund you the necessary adjustment to reflect the correct amount that should have been invoiced.
• You are liable for all costs associated with debt collection where you default in payment for any order.

Delivery

• Delivery occurs when the Products are delivered to the delivery point, at which time responsibility for loss, breakage, and damage pass to you.
• You must ensure that the delivery point is easily accessible and that it is safe to enter your premises in order to complete the delivery.
• Every effort will be made to fulfil orders placed with Angela Stone Consulting Limited online shopping, Angela Stone Consulting Limited will not be liable to any person if it is unable to or decline to supply a Product for any reason whatsoever.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited reserve the right to limit quantities ordered by, or delivered to customers. If a customer’s order is reduced in accordance with this clause, the price is payable by the customer for that order will be adjusted accordingly.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited may delay dispatch or orders if the products requested are not in stock.
• You may not refuse to accept delivery of the products after they have been dispatched.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited reserves the right to deliver the Products in instalment. Any dates quoted by Angela Stone Consulting Limited for delivery are approximate only and do not form part of any contract. Angela Stone Consulting Limited will use their best endeavours to deliver the Products by the quoted date, however, will not under any circumstances, be liable for any costs, expenses, damages or loss of profits incurred by you as a result of a delay in delivery.
• There is a charge for postage and handling anywhere in New Zealand.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited is happy to ship to international customers. Delivery charges will vary when shipping to another country. Shipping rates will automatically be added for orders from Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Please include the items and sizes you are interested in along with the country you would like them sent to. Customers will be responsible for paying duties and taxes that may be applicable.

Property and Risk

Property and risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery to the delivery point. You must keep your login details safe and confidential at all times.

Ordering Procedure

• Angela Stone Consulting Limited will only accept orders on evidence of a correctly completed order form. This can be emailed or forwarded through the site.
• Angela Stone Consulting Limited reserves the right not to accept any order.
• The customer cannot cancel an order after the order has been submitted.
